These terms have not yet been reviewed by counsel. The billing and refund policies below are accurate and binding on us, but the document as a whole should get legal review as the product grows.
1. Beta status
Ritual is currently in beta. Features described on this site may change before general release. The Lifetime launch price is available only while Ritual is in beta and may increase afterward.
2. Billing
Monthly ($30/month) and Annual ($300/year) plans renew automatically at the stated price until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing settings inside the app; access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. The Lifetime plan ($450) is a one-time payment that grants access for as long as Ritual operates as a product, subject to these Terms. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
3. Refunds
The Lifetime plan carries a 14-day money-back guarantee: request a refund within 14 days of purchase at support@ritualjournaling.co.ukand we’ll return the full amount, no questions asked. Monthly and Annual subscriptions are not refunded for partial billing periods — cancel anytime and keep access until the period ends.
4. Your account
Access is tied to the email address used at checkout. One account per purchase; accounts may not be shared or resold. If you need to change the email your access is tied to, contact support@ritualjournaling.co.uk.
5. No financial advice
Ritual is a trade journaling, analytics, and backtesting tool. It does not provide investment, trading, or financial advice, and nothing on this site or in the product should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, future, or other financial instrument.
6. Risk disclosure
Trading futures, options, and other leveraged financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance — including any statistics, win rates, or profit factors shown by Ritual or on this site — is not necessarily indicative of future results.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute Ritual or its data pipelines; don’t use automated tooling to scrape or overload the service; don’t upload content you don’t have the right to store. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with a refund of any unused subscription period at our discretion.
8. Service provided as-is
Ritual is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
